3–5 years of experience in the auto parts retail business

Proven leadership and people-management skills

Ability to achieve results while maintaining a positive, motivating team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Annual pay range: $65,000 – $75,000, based on store performance and experience, including base salary and commissions.
