Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the jewellery showroom
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Provide expert guidance to customers on gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, stock audits, and replenishment
- Ensure proper display, presentation, and security of all jewellery products
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store employees
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers and corporate clients
- Plan and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in the gold and diamond jewellery industry
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, jewellery manufacturing processes, and market trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems, inventory control, and sales reporting
- Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast paced retail environment

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the jewellery showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient business activities.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, stock audits, and replenishment to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
- Monitor gold rates, diamond pricing, and market trends to support pricing decisions and sales planning.
- Ensure proper display, presentation, and security of all jewellery products in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of stock and customer orders.
- Manage high value transactions and ensure compliance with company financial and cash handling procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store employees to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in the gold and diamond jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, jewellery manufacturing processes, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
