Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive store profitability by improving conversion, ABV, and UPT
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns
- Manage day to day store operations including billing, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and minimize shrinkage
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per BIBA guidelines
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
Requirements
- 3 6 years of experience in apparel/fashion retail
- Minimum 1 year as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in ethnic wear or fashion retail preferred

Role Summary
- The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, leading and developing the store team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with BIBA's retail standards and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive store profitability by improving conversion, average bill value (ABV), and units per transaction (UPT).
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to meet business objectives.
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Build long term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to BIBA's customer service standards.
- Manage the day to day operations of the store.
- Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and visual appeal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and UAE retail regulations.
Experience
- 3 6 years of experience in apparel/fashion retail.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in ethnic wear or fashion retail will be an added advantage.
