Store Keeper / Showroom Assistant – Al Ain

Role Overview

Location and Work Setting

• The role is based in Al Ain, UAE.
• The work location is in person, mainly in the showroom, stockroom, and packing areas.

Inventory and Orders

• Receive, check, organize, and store incoming products while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Prepare, pack, and organize customer orders.
• Report low stock, damaged items, and inventory discrepancies.

Showroom and Events

• Arrange and maintain products in showroom and storage areas.
• Coordinate stock movement between the showroom, online store, and pop-up events.
• Prepare products and materials for pop-ups and events when required.
• Keep showroom, stockroom, and packing areas organized.

Systems and Administration

• Update product quantities and order status on Shopify.
• Assist with product labeling, pricing, and basic product information updates.
• Assist with basic administrative and computer-based tasks.
• Support general showroom operations when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Good computer skills and English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should be organized, comfortable working independently, responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to detail.
• Candidates must be comfortable handling inventory, packing orders, and computer-based tasks.
• Shopify experience is preferred.
• Previous retail, e-commerce, inventory, or store operations experience is an advantage.
• Candidates must be based in or able to work in Al Ain.

Pay

• The posting states pay of AED 16.23 to AED 3,000 per month.
