- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Record and update inventory transactions accurately in the store records and system.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials within the warehouse/store.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low stock items and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, damaged items, and pending orders.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
