Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Record and update inventory transactions accurately in the store records and system.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials within the warehouse/store.
  • Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management about low stock items and replenishment requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, damaged items, and pending orders.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
