Responsible for managing and monitoring warehouse inventory operations in a poultry company.
Ensures accurate stock levels, daily inventory tracking, and proper handling of incoming and outgoing goods while maintaining organized storage and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain stock levels on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily inventory checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Receive, inspect, and record all materials and products delivered to the warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of poultry products and materials.
- Prepare and issue materials according to approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports regularly.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production departments regarding stock availability.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items to management immediately.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards inside the warehouse.
- Assist in monthly and annual stock audits.
- Follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
