Role Overview
The Store Keeper will manage restaurant material receipt, storage, dispatch, documentation, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch while documenting all inbound and outbound transactions.
- Keep storage areas organized and materials safely arranged for easy retrieval.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, including condition and order details.
- Release materials against internal requests and confirm quantities and destinations.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and notify Purchasing when replenishment is needed.
- Maintain receiving, issuing, transfer, and inventory records.
- Investigate and report shortages, excesses, damages, expired products, and discrepancies.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Label and arrange items for identification and stock rotation.
- Maintain suitable storage conditions for food and non-food products.
Compensation
- Pay is up to QAR 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at the restaurant.
