- Prepare and raise Purchase Requests (PRs) to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all stock movements using inventory registers, stock cards, or ERP systems
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Coordinate the timely issuance and dispatch of materials to departments, project sites, factories, or clients
- Organize and manage inventory within the store for efficient storage and retrieval
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records
- Conduct factory or site visits to assess material requirements
- Coordinate with Procurement Department for stock replenishment and inventory planning
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate inventory records
- Prepare periodic inventory, stock status, and reconciliation reports
Requirements

- Maintain accurate inventory records for all stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches using inventory registers, stock cards, or ERP systems
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies, shortages, or damages
- Coordinate the timely issuance and dispatch of materials to departments, project sites, factories, or clients, ensuring proper documentation
- Organize and manage inventory within the store to ensure efficient storage, easy retrieval, maximum space utilization, and protection against loss or damage
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile inventory records with actual stock, and investigate any variances
- Conduct factory or site visits and liaise with supervisors and department heads to assess material requirements and ensure adequate stock availability
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding material requirements, stock replenishment, and inventory planning
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate inventory records and providing required documentation
- Prepare periodic inventory, stock status, and reconciliation reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, safety standards, and store housekeeping requirements
