- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
- Ability to work on site and manage physical stock handling

Role Description
- The Store Incharge role at THG is a full time, on site position based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
- The role involves overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock tracking, and ensuring proper storage, documentation, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
- The Store Incharge is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with procurement and project teams, and implementing store policies and procedures to support smooth project execution.
- The role also includes monitoring stock levels, preventing losses and damages, ensuring timely replenishment, and supporting internal stakeholders with prompt and reliable service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Store Management capabilities, including inventory control, stock documentation, and adherence to store procedures and safety standards.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with procurement, logistics, and project teams, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention or similar functions, with a focus on minimizing shrinkage, preventing damages, and implementing control measures.
- Relevant experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work on site, manage physical stock handling, and maintain organized storage environments.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
