Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Store In-Charge to manage store and inventory operations for fire fighting and fire alarm materials and equipment.
Job type is full-time, with work performed in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue fire fighting and fire alarm materials, equipment, spare parts, and tools.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement.
- Maintain material identification, labeling, and organized storage.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile them with ERP or inventory records.
- Control the issuance and return of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate material requirements with Procurement, Projects, Maintenance, and Site Teams.
- Prepare stock, material movement, and inventory reports.
- Ensure store housekeeping, safety, and security.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
