Role Overview
Oversee the daily operations of a retail store.
Ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales, inventory, customer service, and staff scheduling.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Analyze sales and performance metrics and take appropriate action.
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Build customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail management role, such as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Store In-charge.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Arabic language ability and immediate availability are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
