Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system (Odoo)
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock counts
- Investigate inventory variances and prepare reconciliation reports
- Monitor inventory ageing and slow moving items
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
- Ensure products are stored according to category and food safety requirements
- Record all inventory transactions accurately in Odoo
- Supervise store assistants and warehouse staff
- Train new employees on store procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in warehouse or store management
- Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience using ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

Job Summary
- Responsible for overall management and control of store operations
- Ensuring accurate inventory management, proper stock handling, and compliance with policies and food safety standards
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system (Odoo)
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock counts
- Investigate inventory variances and prepare reconciliation reports
- Ensure inventory accuracy exceeds company targets
- Monitor inventory ageing and slow moving items
- Coordinate inventory adjustments after obtaining proper approvals
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation where applicable
Warehouse Management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
- Ensure products are stored according to category
- Monitor temperature sensitive and perishable items
- Ensure proper shelving and labeling
- Maintain storage conditions according to food safety requirements
ERP System Management (Odoo)
- Record all inventory transactions accurately
- Create and validate Goods Receipts, Internal Transfers, Material Requests, Manufacturing Orders, Scrap Orders, Inventory Adjustments
- Monitor pending transactions and clear them promptly
- Report ERP system issues immediately
Team Management
- Supervise store assistants and warehouse staff
- Allocate daily work assignments
- Monitor employee productivity
- Train new employees on store procedures
- Promote discipline and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in warehouse or store management
- Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or manufacturing is preferred
- Experience using ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,500 per month
