Role Overview
The employer is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and oversee inventory products.
The role coordinates with procurement, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily inbound and outbound inventory movements in the inventory management system.
- Perform stock audits and reconcile physical inventory against system records.
- Forecast demand and plan replenishment with purchasing and sales departments.
- Maintain safe, labeled, organized product storage in line with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain inventory reports, material safety data sheets, and related records.
- Apply FIFO and FEFO inventory principles.
- Assist with inventory control procedures and process improvements.
- Coordinate stock movement and delivery with logistics and warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller is required, preferably in chemical trading, HORECA, or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Attention to detail and accurate reporting are required.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and organizational skills are required.
Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is up to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
