Role Overview
Rekise Marine is developing autonomous ships and submarines, including the Jalkapi XLAUV autonomous submarine project for the Indian Navy.
The Store Executive manages end-to-end store and warehouse operations and serves as a link between the store and procurement functions.
GRN and Inventory Management
- Manage raising, posting, and validation of Goods Received Notes against purchase orders.
- Oversee inward and outward inventory movements and maintain real-time, accurate stock records.
- Track inventory and implement controls to prevent shrinkage, misplacement, or unauthorized movement.
Records and Reconciliation
- Maintain physical and digital records of invoices and supporting documents.
- Manage Delivery Challans for dispatches and receipts and perform periodic reconciliation.
- Ensure material movements and inventory records are documented accurately.
Warehouse Operations
- Apply warehouse storage layout, FIFO/FEFO compliance, space optimization, safety stock management, and efficiency principles.
- Own the store function end-to-end and establish processes and controls to support operational growth.
