Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales
- Manage store financials including payroll, profit and loss, and sales growth
- Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team
- Develop leaders and manage talent planning across all departments
- Set and plan total store quarterly business priorities
- Build partnerships with key partners (Assets Protection, Food & Beverage, HR)
- Make business decisions by assessing market competition and guest insights
- Own safety culture and performance for the store
- Validate merchandise protection strategies and physical security processes
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs
Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team leadership and engagement
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Manage conflict and lead and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Welcoming and helpful attitude
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance

- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable and prompt attendance necessary
Pay and Benefits
- The pay range is $106,000.00 $212,000.00
- Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.
