Main Purpose
Based in Dubai, the role reports to the Store Design and Planning Manager.
The role manages Cartier specialist point-of-sale projects across the MEIAT region from feasibility and design development through construction and handover.
The role oversees maintenance standards and processes across Cartier boutiques in the region.
Specialist Network Project Delivery
- Manage specialist point-of-sale openings, relocations, and renovations from feasibility through construction and handover.
- Assess project costs, timelines, and site requirements and provide feasibility recommendations.
- Coordinate requirements with central store design and planning, landlords, architects, and local teams.
- Review layouts, technical drawings, and construction documentation throughout project phases.
- Manage schedules, budgets, tenders, and contractors to deliver agreed quality, cost, and timing.
- Coordinate permits, procurement, and installation with external partners and Retail, IT, Security, Logistics, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
Regional Boutique Maintenance
- Lead and continuously improve maintenance procedures and quality standards across regional boutiques.
