- Lead and manage store operations, similar to a Senior Storekeeper role
- Handle inventory control, stock monitoring and store administration
- Record and monitor all store material issuances and inventory transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and costing reports
- Coordinate closely with Production Team Leaders, Production Manager, and Purchasing Team
Requirements
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or store accounting
- Knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and their applications is highly preferred
- Experience in costing and inventory reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Overview

- Salary: Starting from AED 5,000 with accommodation
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the store operations, similar to a Senior Storekeeper role
- Handle inventory control, stock monitoring and store administration
- Record and monitor all store material issuances and inventory transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and costing reports
- Coordinate closely with Production Team Leaders, Production Manager, and Purchasing Team
- Support the implementation and improvement of inventory and costing processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or store accounting, preferably in joinery, manufacturing, or construction industries
- Knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and their applications is highly preferred
- Experience in costing and inventory reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of taking initiative
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
