Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials, equipment, spare parts, and other items from suppliers.
- Check deliveries against LPOs, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
- Inspect quantities and basic condition before accepting deliveries.
- Arrange and store materials according to category and location.
- Maintain inventory and stock records and issue materials against approved requests.
- Prepare Material Issue Notes and Goods Received Notes where required.
- Monitor stock levels, raise replenishment requests, and conduct physical stock counts.
- Identify damaged, expired, slow-moving, or obsolete materials and report them to management.
- Maintain documentation for incoming and outgoing materials and coordinate with internal teams.
- Monitor tools and equipment issued to employees and maintain return records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards, support audits, and investigate stock discrepancies.
Pay
- AED 2,655.01 to AED 2,700.00 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Follow inventory control and material handling procedures.
- Issue materials only against approved requests and proper authorization.
- Maintain proper labeling, safe storage, and housekeeping standards.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
