- Provide product information and guidance to enhance the shopping experience
- Upsell and cross sell products to help achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist in visual merchandising, product displays, and maintaining overall store appearance
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure all items are correctly priced and tagged
- Support in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new shipments
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety and hygiene standards
- Process payments accurately and handle daily cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
