Role overview
Support daily store and warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock records.
Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming materials.
- Issue materials according to approved requests.
- Arrange and organize materials in the store.
- Maintain stock records and inventory documentation.
- Assist with stock counting and physical inventory checks.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, issue notes, and other store documents.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Freshers with home-country store or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and store procedures is required.
- Basic MS Excel and computer skills are required.
- Good communication and coordination skills are required.
- The candidate must be physically fit and willing to work in a store or warehouse environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- UAE experience is not mandatory.
