· Strong grasp of storage concepts: snapshots, controller failover, deduplication, cloning, SnapMirror, IntelliSnap; performance tuning and security hardening.
· SAN: Brocade/Cisco administration, zoning, troubleshooting connectivity.
· Exposure to automation (NetApp Workflow Automation, Ansible) preferred.
· Windows/Linux system administration exposure; strong customer communication and documentation skills; stakeholder management; positive, team-oriented attitude.
· Plan and perform ONTAP upgrades; troubleshoot performance and stability issues.
· Manage SAN zoning and connectivity across Brocade/Cisco switches.
· Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
