The Role
Lead stock planning, replenishment, availability management, stock allocation, forecasting, and inventory performance across products, locations, channels, and markets.
Balance customer demand, commercial priorities, supply constraints, and inventory investment to maximize availability while minimizing excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates.
- The employment type is full-time.
Stock Planning and Forecasting
- Develop stock planning strategies aligned with sales, merchandising, supply chain, and financial objectives.
- Translate sales forecasts and commercial plans into stock requirements and establish targets using demand, seasonality, lead times, service levels, and supply constraints.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual stock plans.
- Analyze historical sales, demand trends, promotions, product lifecycles, and market behavior.
Inventory and Replenishment
- Monitor availability and identify current or potential shortages, excess stock, aging stock, slow-moving stock, and obsolete stock.
