Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily resident care: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision
- Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, turning, ambulating, and nutritional supplements
- Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse
- Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas—make beds and transport as needed
- Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety—report abuse/neglect immediately
- Follow all CCH Corporation policies, federal/state regulations, and infection control standards
- Assist nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Current, valid Ohio CNA/STNA certification
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and adaptive problem-solving
- Physical stamina to lift/transfer residents and stand for shifts
- First Aid/CPR certified (preferred)
- Passion for resident-centered care in long-term settings
