Position Summary

Supports vital hotel functions through utility cleaning, dishware preparation, linen handling, and transportation across departments.

Work may support kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers, dryers, and other cleaning equipment.
  • Transport dishware and linens across the hotel.
  • Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and reaching.
