- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and stewarding teams

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Steward role based in Mumbai.
- The Steward will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service by assisting in food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas, and attending to guests' needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain mise en place and restaurant setup standards.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
- Welcome, seat, and ensure guest comfort.
- Provide prompt and professional guest service.
- Minimize breakage, spoilage, and wastage.
- Prepare accurate bills and collect payments.
- Perform duties assigned by management when required.
- Maintain professionalism and good relationships with colleagues.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and stewarding teams.
- Report problems or unusual matters to the supervisor promptly.
