Steward Cum Kitchen Helper (Valid UAE Visa Required)

You shall be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, floors, storage areas, and workstations, while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

As this is a startup food brand operating in a dynamic and multitasking environment, the candidate is expected to have a flexible, hardworking, and team-oriented approach.

In addition to stewarding responsibilities, you will support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and other food items as instructed by the kitchen team.

You will also assist with:

Receiving and organizing deliveries

Stock handling and storage

Waste disposal and cleaning routines

Maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and operational efficiency

Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

When required, and without affecting your primary responsibilities, you may be assigned additional reasonable duties related to kitchen operations, food preparation support, cleaning, hygiene, and general operational assistance.

You are expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the overall efficiency, discipline, and growth of the brand.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen steward, kitchen helper, cleaner, or similar role

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices

Hardworking, disciplined, and physically fit

Positive attitude and willingness to support different kitchen tasks

Strong team player with flexibility to multitask

Candidates must hold a valid UAE visa
