- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations
- Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen items
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, storage rooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces
- Dispose of waste and garbage according to company procedures
- Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages when necessary
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times
- Support the kitchen and warehouse teams as required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Perform other duties assigned by management
