- Mentor junior contributors and maintain self management in a remote, flexible work environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in a STEM discipline (e.g., science, technology, engineering, or mathematics), with a minimum of 3 years of professional or academic experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
- Proficiency in instructional design or curriculum development, with an understanding of how to structure knowledge for machine learning applications.
