Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a STEM Expert to work on a contract basis.
- This role involves applying advanced subject matter expertise in STEM disciplines to support the development and evaluation of training materials for next generation AI systems.
- Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across domains like finance, healthcare, and engineering.
- No prior experience in AI is required—your domain knowledge and critical thinking are the primary assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced subject matter expertise in STEM fields to support the design and review of curricula, research methodologies, and technical materials.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, data analysis, and evaluations to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including AI researchers, educators, and engineers, to align deliverables with project objectives.
- Contribute to the development of instructional design frameworks that enhance the clarity, depth, and pedagogical effectiveness of AI training data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in one or more STEM disciplines (e.g., science, technology, engineering, mathematics) with demonstrated academic or professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed literature reviews, data analysis, and technical evaluations.
- Proven instructional design or curriculum development experience, with an emphasis on creating high quality educational materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and collaboration.
- Proficiency in problem solving and critical thinking, with a focus on identifying gaps and improving content quality.
