Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Steel Structure Engineer.
The role covers design, analysis, fabrication, and erection of structural steel systems for industrial and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze steel structures, including frames, trusses, and connections, according to relevant codes.
- Prepare structural, general arrangement, and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with fabrication and erection teams for on-site execution.
- Review and approve shop drawings and bills of quantities.
- Conduct site visits for quality checks and structural inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
Experience and Knowledge
- Experience with structural steel systems for industrial and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, including IS 800, AISC, or Eurocode.
