STE - Fighter SME (4th/5th Generation)

BlueForce Inc. is seeking for a 4 th /5 th Generation Fighter Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of HQ USAF Sponsored and Supported Wargaming.

Primary location is Joint Base Andrews, MD with occasional visits to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon.

The Contractor will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames (concept development, objective and analysis/assessment planning, game design, event planning, management, and execution, and post-game analysis).

• Primary facilitator on all matters relating to fighter operations and fires. Assists in identification and recruitment of wargame participants. Organizes and facilitates participants and cells to achieve wargame objectives.
• Assists in identification and recruitment of wargame participants.

• Supports the development of Air/Integrated Tasking Orders (ATO/ITO).
• Ensures Tasking Orders are captured in appropriate wargaming systems.
• Supports wargame operations as Subject Matter Expert. Contributes domain and/or functional expertise to wargaming. Conducts open source and classified research and analysis related to the field of expertise to contribute to development and execution of wargame design, objectives, and analysis plans. Acts as the adjudication lead in the subject matter area when required. Supports creation of wargaming databases related to area of expertise. Contributes to data collection during wargame events. Conducts postgame analysis and drafts wargame reports. Supports development and dissemination of postgame outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders. Participates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directed.
