• 3–5 years in audit and/or financial reporting, external audit experience is the core requirement • Strong accounting and reporting fundamentals, with genuine command of accounting standards (IFRS; Key outcomes: • Statutory audits across group entities delivered on schedule, with no regulatory filing deadline missed • A live group regulatory reporting tracker, covering every entity, filing and deadline, used Essential skills:

Nice to have:

Egyptian Accounting Standards experience

Financial services, brokerage or fintech experience, or exposure to a regulated entity

Experience dealing directly with regulators on filed financials

Multi-entity, multi-currency and cross-border reporting exposure

Tax compliance exposure (CIT, VAT, WHT) — useful, not required

Experience implementing or working on an ERP migration
