Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the drop point and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor shipment receiving, dispatching, scanning, and delivery processes.
- Manage and support couriers and station staff to achieve operational KPIs.
- Ensure shipments are handled accurately and on time according to company SOPs.
- Track operational performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure workplace organization, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
