The lead will own architecture decisions, engineering practices, mentoring, and collaboration across product, QA, and engineering functions.

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and APIs.
Own technical delivery by breaking down requirements, estimating effort, and driving execution to deadlines.
Write well-tested code, conduct code reviews, and set the technical bar through hands-on contribution.
Mentor engineers and support their technical development and career growth.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with Product Management.
Drive coding standards, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents.
