• Applicants should have 10+ years of leadership experience.
• The opportunity is intended for UAE-based or GCC-connected founders.
• Candidates should be able to develop client relationships, lead teams, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Candidates should understand the Middle East business and regulatory landscape.
• Candidates should have a scalable vision for a services-led venture addressing regional organisational or commercial challenges.
