• Position title: STAR (Student Training and Rotation) Program Intern – Melbourne
• Location: Australia
• Expected start date and duration: Early February 2027 for minimum 24 months duration

We’re looking for University Students who are self-motivated, have initiative, perseverance, and the hunger to stay curious.

We’re after people who enjoy working on meaningful innovative projects and are driven to continually learn.

Our STAR Program candidates will be:

• Studying Degree(s) in Business, perhaps with an IT major although other academic backgrounds will be considered
• Finishing their studies no earlier than end of 2028
• Able to work at least 2 days per week during semester (3 days preferred)
• High calibre, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in English
• Interested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges
• Problem-solvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure
• Able to take onboard instructions, prioritise work, be a good listener, empathetic, collaborative, and team-oriented

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with AI tools and interest in learning them
• University projects or personal work involving AI or emerging tech
