Job Purpose
The Stakeholder Manager leads stakeholder and authority coordination across infrastructure and building consultancy projects.
The role coordinates clients, project teams, government authorities, utilities, developers, asset owners, contractors, and other external parties.
The position tracks interfaces and approvals, resolves delivery risks, and keeps the Project Director informed of commitments and decisions.
Stakeholder Strategy and Governance
- Develop stakeholder management plans, engagement strategies, responsibility matrices, communication protocols, and escalation routes.
- Identify stakeholders and assess their roles, interests, influence, requirements, and potential project impact.
- Maintain registers of contacts, interfaces, commitments, approvals, risks, actions, due dates, and status.
- Establish workflows for correspondence, submissions, meetings, approvals, escalation, and closeout.
- Assign stakeholder commitments to owners and reflect them in programmes, design deliverables, and construction plans.
Authority and External Interfaces
- Coordinate with Abu Dhabi government entities, municipalities, transport authorities, utility providers, master developers, landowners, and asset operators.
