Job Overview
Parsons is looking for a Stakeholder Management Engineer to coordinate the flow of technical project documents and approvals across project operations, engineering disciplines, and support groups.
The role involves implementing and maintaining document control requirements, managing document distribution schedules, and supporting project close-out activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and control technical documents (requisitions, drawings, specifications, calculations, data books) between project teams and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain document control requirements (numbering, approval/signature workflows, distribution rules) for the assigned project.
- Maintain document distribution schedules and expedite review/approval and release of supplier and internal documents.
- Establish and manage document filing systems and computerized indexes for active engineering documents.
- Prepare transmittals and generate electronic/hardcopy reports as required.
- Support preparation of operations manuals, job data books, and project manuals including indexing, formatting, approvals, and reproduction/assembly.
- Support project close-out by arranging cataloging, packing, long-term storage, or disposal of documents.
- Attend project meetings to provide updates on document status and support overall coordination.
