Role Overview

Handover and Reporting

• Prepare reports, manuals, and guidelines for handover and stakeholder issues.
• Review consultant and contractor submissions promptly and provide handover input to weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide on-site direction and work with the PMC to complete handover tasks.
• Inform the client about potential delays affecting project completion or milestones.

Stakeholder and Utilities Coordination

• Liaise with design consultants, contractors, authorities, key stakeholders, utilities agencies, and service providers.
• Assist with stakeholder analysis and management to support programme and project delivery.
• Manage correspondence, directives, inquiries, and issue resolution between the client and utilities agencies.
• Monitor approvals, permits, utility or service diversions, land ownership, and delivery against established baselines.

Planning and Client Support

• Assist the client with preparing, negotiating, and agreeing memoranda of understanding and stakeholder procedures.
• Support development and management of project authority and stakeholder requirements.
• Act as a company representative with the client, authorities, and relevant stakeholders during programme execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of related experience on large-scale projects or programmes.
• MME registration is mandatory.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
• Good communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with keyboard operations, MS Windows, and word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Some assignments may require familiarity with EDMS, DMCS, or CAD operations.
• Participation in site safety training and compliance with site safety protocols are required.
