Role Overview
Coordinate stakeholder management and engineering handover activities for a Qatar project.
Support the client, project management consultant, consultants, contractors, authorities, and utilities agencies through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, manuals, and guidelines for handover and stakeholder issues.
- Review technical designs and consultant or contractor submissions.
- Coordinate asset handover with key stakeholders and authorities.
- Provide inputs to weekly and monthly reports and flag potential delays.
- Provide on-site direction and support completion of handover tasks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and assist with memoranda of understanding and procedures.
Site and Safety
- Participate in site safety training and comply with site safety protocols.
- The role includes necessary on-site direction and coordination.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience, as indicated in the source listing.
- Ability to coordinate with design consultants, contractors, clients, authorities, utilities agencies, and other programme stakeholders.
- Ability to review technical designs and submitted project documentation.
- Ability to participate in site safety training and comply with site safety protocols.
