Responsibilities
- Obtain and manage all required permits from Kahramaa and relevant authorities
- Coordinate approvals for road opening, excavation, and utility works
- Manage coordination with Kahramaa, QatarEnergy, Qatar Rail, Ashghal, and Environmental Authorities
- Ensure compliance with permit conditions and authority regulations
- Maintain permit registers, approval trackers, and permit related documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders and support project interface management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in stakeholder coordination, permit management, or infrastructure projects
- Experience in obtaining permits and approvals for utility, pipeline, or infrastructure works in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of authority coordination processes and permit requirements
- Previous experience with Kahramaa projects in Qatar is highly preferred
- Good understanding of Qatar infrastructure projects and government authority requirements
- Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and follow up skills

Job Overview
- We are a leading Grade A Contracting Company in Qatar seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engineer / Permit Coordinator to join our team for a major Kahramaa Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing permits, authority approvals, stakeholder coordination, and interface management activities required for the successful execution of potable water transmission pipeline and associated infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and manage all required permits from Kahramaa and relevant authorities.
- Coordinate approvals for road opening, excavation, and utility works.
- Manage coordination with Kahramaa, QatarEnergy, Qatar Rail, Ashghal, and Environmental Authorities.

Qualifications & Experience
