Job Description
Manage and coordinate stakeholder interfaces so external parties are effectively engaged and project requirements are met without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map all project stakeholders, including authorities, utility providers, and third parties.
- Coordinate stakeholder approvals, permits, and NOCs.
- Manage communication between project teams and external stakeholders.
- Track stakeholder deliverables and ensure timely responses.
- Resolve conflicts arising from stakeholder requirements or constraints.
- Support integration of stakeholder requirements into design and construction plans.
- Maintain stakeholder logs and reporting systems.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of experience in stakeholder management within infrastructure or engineering projects.
- Experience with rail or transport authorities is advantageous.
