Position Overview
The Stage Experience Manager manages client experience, services, classes, and events in a specific Sephora store.
The role supports client service, sales-floor standards, team leadership, and Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio operations.
The position is a regular full-time vacancy at the Vaughan Mills store.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles while managing daily Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio operations.
- Ensure coordinators are trained to manage the Studio and deliver services effectively.
- Use technology innovations to support beauty services and provide an elevated in-store client experience.
- Manage the online reservation system, advisor availability, class schedules, staffing levels, and client check-in.
- Train new and existing beauty advisors and facilitate orientation and selling-model training.
- Maintain sales-floor standards, execute visual-merchandising changes, and ensure replenishment.
- Coordinate brand engagement and ensure brand representatives train and coach store staff.
