Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio operations and train studio coordinators.
• Ensure beauty advisors use technology innovations to support elevated in-store experiences.
• Manage online service reservations, advisor availability, class schedules, staffing, and client check-in.
• Train new and existing beauty advisors and facilitate orientation and selling model sessions.
• Maintain merchandising standards, execute visual merchandising changes, and replenish sales floor inventory.
• Manage store brand engagement, training, coaching, and feedback on brand representative effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
• Ability to attract and identify store leaders who can train and develop teams to drive sales and client service.
