The Staffing Specialist provides end-to-end recruitment coordination and Talent Acquisition support across multiple business functions. The role serves as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to support efficient and professional hiring experience. Responsibilities include requisition and candidate administration, offer documentation, reporting, university relations, and maintenance of accurate recruitment data and compliance requirements.
