Staff Technology Engineer-Databricks (Remote/Hybrid)

Data engineering expertise: Demonstrated experience designing and building scalable data pipelines, data platforms, and batch or real-time processing solutions.

Technical architecture and systems thinking: Ability to lead solution design, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and create secure, resilient, maintainable architectures across complex systems.

Strong software engineering practices: Advanced proficiency with relevant programming and data technologies—such as Python, SQL, cloud services, distributed processing, APIs, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

Technical leadership and influence: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives, establish engineering standards, mentor other engineers, and influence decisions without relying on direct authority.

Communication and business partnership: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Strong Databricks expertise and experience supporting digital marketing use cases.

Potential yearly incentive pay up to 20% of base salary

For Colorado, Hawaii and Washington State candidates: Salary Range: $166,650 - $269,500

For California, New York, and CT candidates: Potential salary range: $189,375-$306,250
