About Wind River

Your Role
The Staff Technical Writer collaborates with software engineers, technical writers, product managers, system testers, and documentation specialists.
The role documents products including the Helix Virtualization Platform Cert Edition, Wind River Diab Compiler, and VxWorks Cert Graphics Stack.
Daily Responsibilities
- Document Wind River products with engineers and product managers.
- Create technical, task-oriented documentation for installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain modular, reusable content in a DITA-based component content management system such as Ixiasoft.
- Align documentation with Agile release cycles and product deliveries.
- Work with subject-matter experts, participate in technical reviews, and incorporate feedback from global teams.
- Bridge engineering and documentation teams.
