Role Overview
The Staff Technical Project Manager supports the Enterprise Apps DT team within the Grid Software Digital Technology organization.
The role owns DevOps pods, technical projects, transformational programmes, business requests, and cost-out initiatives.
The position works with business leaders, functional leads, and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical project execution and coordinate requirements, scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and align delivery across multiple DevOps teams.
- Coach teams on CI/CD integration, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Manage multiple projects, prepare leadership reporting, and implement policies, standards, and frameworks.
- Develop expertise in business processes and tools including Inquiry to Opportunity, Opportunity to Order, or Case to Resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM major, or an MBA.
- At least 5 years of technical project management experience.
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or a related project management certification.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
