Role Overview
Join the Product & Technology Operations team as a Staff Technical Program Manager owning the Product Development Lifecycle execution model.
Build a shared model for how work moves from idea to impact across Product, Engineering, and Design.
This is a founding role responsible for defining the function, aligning stakeholders, and proving the model's value.
Execution Model
- Design a PDLC framework that works across Product, Engineering, Design, and all company products.
- Define artifacts, checkpoints, exit criteria, and standards for each PDLC stage.
Measurement and Adoption
- Establish trusted metrics showing how work flows, where it is blocked, and where bottlenecks occur.
- Partner with leaders across verticals to align on the model and earn genuine adoption.
- Resolve differences across business units without forcing consistency where it does not fit.
AI-First PDLC
- Define what humans and AI agents own at each PDLC stage, keeping judgment, accountability, and irreversible or customer-facing work with humans.
- Partner with Engineering on AI-agent pilots and measure their impact on delivery speed and return on investment.
Evolution and Reporting
- Review and adjust the framework based on what is working in practice.
- Report program health and progress to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing or significantly evolving a delivery framework, execution model, or program management system.
- Experience leading cross-functional organizations through operational change and achieving genuine adoption.
- Experience building measurement systems from ambiguous or inconsistent data.
- Experience partnering with Engineering on applied AI or automation and measuring delivery impact.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Comfort operating with significant ambiguity and independently structuring a path forward.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
