About the Role
As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead planning, manage technical dependencies, and drive delivery of large cross-functional programs.
You will partner with Engineering leads and Product Managers, facilitating technical discussions and promoting excellence in delivery processes.
The role involves managing risks, escalating issues, and driving timely decision-making.
What You’d Be Doing in This Role
- Lead planning based on company-wide processes, partnering with Engineering leads and Product Managers.
- Facilitate technical discussions with Engineering teams and identify gaps.
- Manage technical dependencies across Groups and Supergroups.
- Drive delivery and unblock teams to deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
- Track and report on the progress of programs and projects.
- Promote excellence in delivery processes and increase velocity.
- Build strong relationships with leadership and Engineering teams.
- Hold everyone accountable to their roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate continual improvement rituals to build the effectiveness of product development and engineering teams.
You're Probably a Match If
- You bring a minimum of 7 years of delivery experience in a SaaS environment.
